Your book, properly written, properly published

Ghostwriting, editing, formatting, cover design and distribution to every major store. Your name on the cover, your copyright, your royalties — we're the crew, not the publisher.

Services

Every stage, or just the one you're stuck on

Ghostwriting

Interviews, outline, then chapters written in your voice with your review at each milestone. Confidential, NDA-backed, and credited entirely to you.

Editing and proofreading

Developmental editing for structure and argument, line editing for clarity and rhythm, and a final proofread for the errors that survive everything else.

Interior formatting

Reflowable EPUB that behaves on every device and screen size, plus a print-ready PDF with correct bleed, gutters and running heads if you want paperback.

Cover design

Covers designed to work as a thumbnail first, because that's how buyers actually see them. Multiple concepts, then refinement on the one you pick.

Publishing and distribution

Metadata, categories, keywords, pricing and upload to Amazon KDP, Apple Books, Kobo, Nook and Google Play — set up in your own accounts.

Launch marketing

Author page, book description written to convert, review outreach, and an Amazon Ads campaign if you want paid reach behind the launch.

The process

From an idea to a live listing

Discovery and outline

We talk through what the book is for, who reads it and what they should do afterwards. That becomes a chapter outline you approve before a word gets written.

Positioning brief · chapter outline · word count and schedule

Writing or editing

Chapters arrive in batches for your comments rather than in one intimidating final draft. If you're bringing a finished manuscript, this is where the editing passes happen instead.

Draft chapters in batches · tracked changes · revision rounds

Design and formatting

Cover concepts and interior typesetting run in parallel with the final proofread, so nothing sits waiting on anything else.

Cover concepts · EPUB · print PDF · source files

Publish and launch

Accounts set up in your name, metadata and keywords researched, files uploaded, proofs checked, and the listing goes live with a description written to sell.

Live listing · author page · launch checklist · all files handed over

Ownership

You keep everything. We mean everything.

Some publishing services quietly retain rights, register the ISBN to themselves, or route royalties through their own account. Check any contract you're offered for exactly that.

Ours is simple: you commission work, you own the result, and nothing about the arrangement continues after delivery unless you want it to.

Confirmed in writing

  • You hold full copyright to the manuscript
  • ISBN registered to you or your own imprint
  • KDP and store accounts opened in your name
  • 100% of royalties paid directly to you
  • NDA signed before any work begins
  • All editable source files delivered at the end

Publishing FAQ

What authors ask us first

Who owns the book?

You do, completely. You hold the copyright, the ISBN is registered to you or your imprint, the publishing accounts are in your name, and 100% of royalties are paid directly to you. We are a service provider, not a publisher taking a cut.

Will anyone know it was ghostwritten?

No. Ghostwriting is confidential, you are the sole credited author, and we sign an NDA before the first draft. The writing process is built around capturing your voice through interviews and your existing material, so it reads as yours because it is yours.

How long does a book take?

A 20,000-word business or lead-magnet eBook usually takes four to six weeks. A full-length 60,000-word book is closer to three to five months. Editing-only projects are faster — typically one to three weeks depending on length and condition.

Where will the book be sold?

Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing is the main store, plus Apple Books, Kobo, Barnes & Noble Nook, Google Play Books and Draft2Digital's wider distribution. Paperback and hardcover through KDP Print or IngramSpark if you want physical copies.

Can you just edit or just format a book I've already written?

Yes. Every stage is available on its own. Plenty of people arrive with a finished manuscript needing only a proofread, a cover and correct formatting for upload.

What formats do we get?

EPUB for most stores, MOBI or KPF for Kindle, a print-ready PDF with correct bleed and margins if you're doing paperback, and the editable source files. You are never dependent on us to make a future change.
