Based in St. Petersburg, FL · working worldwide
Everything you ship, built, secured and kept running.
TrueLogic Cloud is one team for the whole stack behind a business — the cloud and pipelines your engineers depend on, the website and brand your customers see, and the books and campaigns that bring them in.
Tools and platforms we work with every day
What we do
Seven services. One accountable team.
Most agencies do the visible half or the technical half. We do both, which means nobody gets to point at the other vendor when something breaks.
DevSecOps & DevOps
Pipelines, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, observability, SRE and GitOps — with security built into the pipeline rather than bolted on at the end.
Explore →Cloud migration
Move to AWS, Azure or Google Cloud without a weekend of downtime. Assessment, landing zone, migration, then cost tuning once you're settled.
Explore →Web development
Fast, accessible, search-friendly websites and web apps. Built to load quickly on a phone on mobile data, not just on a designer's monitor.
Explore →Web hosting
Managed hosting on cPanel/WHM or your own AWS account. Free SSL, daily backups, patching, uptime monitoring and a human who answers.
Explore →eBook writing & publishing
Ghostwriting, editing, formatting, cover design and distribution to Amazon KDP, Apple Books and the rest — with the rights and royalties staying yours.
Explore →Digital marketing
SEO, content, Google and Meta ads, email and social. Reported against leads and revenue rather than impressions nobody can spend.
Explore →Logo & brand design
A logo, colour system, typography and brand guide you can hand to any printer or developer, delivered in every format you'll ever need.

The eight things our engineering practice covers
Take the whole practice or one piece of it. Plenty of teams start with a pipeline audit and go from there.
DevSecOps implementation
Security checks move into the pipeline instead of waiting for an audit. Dependency scanning, container scanning, secret detection, IaC policy checks and signed builds — so problems surface on the pull request, not in production.
CI/CD pipeline automation
Build, test, approve, deploy and roll back without anyone SSH-ing into a box at midnight. We build pipelines in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins or Azure DevOps, whichever your team already knows.
Infrastructure as code
Your environments become Terraform, Pulumi or CloudFormation in version control. Staging matches production, changes get reviewed like code, and rebuilding a region takes an afternoon instead of a fortnight.
Kubernetes consulting
Cluster design, workload migration, autoscaling, ingress, RBAC and cost control on EKS, AKS, GKE or bare metal. Including the honest conversation about whether you need Kubernetes at all.
Monitoring and observability
Dashboards, logs, metrics, traces and alerts that page a human only when a human is needed. Built on Prometheus and Grafana, the ELK stack, Datadog or CloudWatch.
SRE and reliability engineering
Error budgets, SLOs, runbooks, on-call rotations and blameless post-incident reviews. The goal is fewer repeat incidents, not a thicker incident log.
GitOps implementation
Git becomes the single source of truth for infrastructure and applications. Argo CD or Flux reconciles the cluster to the repo, so every change is reviewed, auditable and revertible with one commit.
Managed DevOps services
An ongoing DevOps team without the hiring. We look after pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, patching, incidents and cost — on a monthly retainer you can cancel.
Why us
Small enough to care, senior enough to trust
You will not be handed to a junior after the sales call. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it, and you have their direct number and WhatsApp.
We are a young company and we would rather say that plainly than invent a client list. What we bring is senior engineering experience, a fixed price in writing before we start, and a genuine willingness to tell you when you do not need what you asked for.
What every engagement includes
- A free consultation before any commitment
- Fixed price agreed in writing, no hourly creep
- Direct access to the engineer doing the work
- Everything in your accounts, under your name
- Documentation and a clean handover, always
- A reply within one business day, every time
Our commitments
Four promises we'll hold ourselves to
Maximum reply time to any enquiry, on any channel.
Monitoring and on-call cover for managed clients.
AWS, Azure and Google Cloud — plus classic WHM hosting.
Your repos, your cloud accounts, your assets. Leave whenever.
How we work
Four steps, and you can stop after any of them
Free consultation
A call or WhatsApp conversation about what you're trying to do. We ask about your team, your deadline and your budget, and we'll say early if we're not the right fit.
Honest read on scope, effort and whether this is worth doing
Written plan and fixed price
A short document: what gets built, what it costs, how long it takes, who does what, and what we need from you. One page for a logo, more for a migration.
Scope document · fixed quote · timeline · start date
Build, in the open
Work lands in your repository or your staging site from week one. You see progress as it happens instead of waiting for a reveal, and you can redirect us before anything is expensive to change.
Weekly check-in · staging access · full commit history
Launch, then run it or hand it over
We deploy, watch it closely through the first days, and fix anything that surfaces. Then you either keep us on to run it or take the documentation and run it yourself.
Runbooks · handover session · optional managed retainer
Questions
The things people ask before they call
What exactly does TrueLogic Cloud do?
Two things that support each other. On the engineering side we handle cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, web development and hosting. On the growth side we handle eBook writing and publishing, digital marketing, and logo and brand design. Plenty of clients only ever use one side — that's fine.
Are you a good fit for a small business?
Yes, and it's most of our work. We size the solution to the team you actually have. If a managed VPS and a simple deploy script solves your problem, we will tell you that rather than sell you a Kubernetes cluster you'd need a full-time engineer to babysit.
Which clouds do you work with?
AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, plus traditional cPanel/WHM hosting and providers like DigitalOcean, Linode and Hetzner. We're not tied to a vendor, so the recommendation follows your workload and budget.
Do we own the work when the engagement ends?
Completely. Repositories, cloud accounts, domains, design files, manuscripts and publishing accounts are all yours and stay in your name. We will not hold credentials hostage, and we document the handover so another team can pick it up.
How do you price projects?
Fixed price for defined projects, monthly retainer for managed services, and day rates for consulting. You get the number in writing after the scoping call, before any work starts. No hourly surprises.
How quickly can you start?
Consultations usually happen within a day or two of you getting in touch. Small projects such as a logo, a landing page or a pipeline audit typically start the same week. Larger migrations need a scoping phase first.
Where are you based, and does it matter?
Our office is in St. Petersburg, Florida, and we work with clients across the US and internationally. Everything we do is remote-friendly, and we keep at least a few hours of overlap with your working day.
Tell us what you're building
One free consultation, a straight answer, and a fixed price if it makes sense. Call or WhatsApp us — most people get a reply the same day.
