What we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you provide. Our hosting produces standard server logs containing IP addresses and browser information, retained for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and to deliver services you engage us for. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, including phone numbers, to anyone. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking us to.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party profiling cookies.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we have context if you return. Ask us to delete your data sooner and we will, then confirm in writing.
Your rights
You can request a copy of what we hold, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Email info@truelogic.cloud and we will respond within 30 days.
